S30815 is an austenitic chromium-nickel steel alloyed with nitrogen and rare earth metals for high-temperature service up to about 1150°C (2100°F). The grade is characterised by:
1.High creep strength
2.Very good resistance to isothermal and, above all, cyclic oxidation
3.Good structural stability at high temperatures
4.Good weldability
