The Type 1000 automatic sharpening machine is the ideal machine to grind friction saws and hot saws from 340 - 1000 mm diameter.
Characteristic are the compact, heavy duty design for long and trouble-free service life; all essential pre-conditions for outstanding grinding results.
The Type 1000 is extremely simple to operate and set, even during operation. All the drive elements are located in the enclosed machine housings.
The infinitely variable-speed gear permits the most favourable speed to be selected at all times anywhere between 10 - 75 teeth per minute. The long, generously dimensioned grinding head guide is a determining factor in ensuring the high standard of quality. Grinding wheels with a diameter of 250 mm guarantee a high grinding output. Four different tooth shape cams are integrated in the machine. The required tooth shapes are set simply by adjusting a lever.
