Inspection device for laser plastic welding
LQ-TMG 2
LPKF Laser & Electronics
The LQ-TMG 2 transmission sensor measures the light transmitted through a plastic sample. This is done by passing a laser beam with the wavelength of the welding laser through the sample and measuring the beam intensity when it exits on the other side. Typical areas of application:
* comparing actual transmissivity values with set values
* incoming goods control
* quality assurance of the compounding or injection molding process
* weldability validation and process definition
* transmission sensor for process sampling
The LQ-TMG 2 is powered by a block battery. It is compact, light and designed for mobile use.
