Function
The air stream with particles enters the unit through the inlet, passes through a perforated sheet metal cone and leaves through the lower outlet. The airborne solids deposit on the inside of the perforated sheet metal cone and are continuosly stripped off by an auger, pushed downwards against a diaphragm, compacted and discharged to the outside.
