Machine particularly suitable for the cold forming of pulleys, obtained starting from a plate, for trasmissions. The system is composed by: lower spindle mothorized by gear-box and inverter; loose upper spindle which is firmly connected to the four drive uprights; ejection system with hydraulic control which is coaxial to the lower and upper spindles with end-stroke sensors; hydraulic power-pack for: control of nr. 3 working units, ejector control, vertical control of the upper spindle; electric plant complete with PLC SIEMENS, control key-board for the managing of the working sequences; tank and pump for the lubricant and refrigerant for rollers; safety guards with the tight lower part for the collection of the lubricant and refrigerant.
