LumaSense Technologies offers a broad product portfolio of fixed-installation thermal imaging systems that are suitable for many applications. The range comprises entry level cameras, professional models and universal cameras as well as industrial and high end solutions. The cameras can be ideally used for temperature measurements between -40°C and 3000°C. For specific applications, there are several protective housings and lenses obtainable on request. Depending on the model, the cameras detect the surface temperature of an object at up to 307,200 pixels and achieve measurement rates up to 60 frames per second. Thermal imaging cameras are available in the following sub-categories:

Long Wavelength Imagers for measurement on non-metal surfaces at temperatures between -40°C...1600°C

Mid Wavelength Imagers for measurements on metal and ceramics at lower temperatures between 150°C...800°C, on glass or through flames at temperatures between 150°C...1600°C

Short Wavelength Imagers for measurement on metal surfaces at temperatures between 600°C...3000°C.
For such high-temperature applications in industrial processes, the stationary thermal imaging system MCS640 was developed. Moreover, the camera features a 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet for data transmission. As an option, the camera can be integrated into an industrial proven enclosure with lens air purge and cooling system.

If required, there are individual software solutions for data analysis, capturing, reporting and documentation available.
