The Lumics multimode single emitter laser diode solutions have been designed to provide the high output powers and reliability required for pumping next generation fiber lasers, and are used for direct single emitter applications. The wavelength are 808nm, 915nm, 940nm and 975nm.

The single emitter's are available mounted onto a submount, in a cooled 14-pin BTF package or uncooled TO-220 package pigtailed with a standard 105µm core diameter fiber and an output power with up to 8W.
