In the airwall system, a pressure module with linear nozzles is fixed above or next to the door to act as an air partition. This pressure module is provided with a defined pressure by an external radial ventilator. This ventilator can be fitted anywhere within about a 10 metre range. The only thing to consider here is favourable pipe work for the airflow. The pre-compressed air creates the defined airwall in the pressure linear module with a nozzle tailored especially for the task. These physical properties, accompanied by aerodynamic optimisation of the exhaust nozzle, allow considerably lower air output as well as heating it. Whereas the appearing air is induced with ambient air creating a turbulent cloud formation because of the high air speed in conventional systems, our new system contains a targeted longitudinal impulse, which forms an “airwall” in the truest sense of the word. The heat saving potential if you use our airwall technology can be up to 60%!!!
