M&R’s popular Sidewinder™ manual screen printing press is available at an exceptionally affordable price. Built with M&R’s rugged construction and innovative design, Sidewinder sets a new standard for mid-level manual screen printing presses. It includes numerous proven design features, including multiple-bearing upper and lower carousel plates, precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system. Sidewinder comes in 4-station/4-color, 4-station/6-color, and 6-station/6-color models. And with Sidewinder’s expandable design, 4-color manual presses can be expanded to five or six colors to meet future production needs.
M&R’s System Integration design allows Sidewinder to integrate seamlessly with the easy-to-use Tri-Loc Rapid Registration System, the industry’s most efficient way to set up and register screens on both manual and automatic screen printing presses. Sidewinder’s maximum recommended frame size—64 x 91 cm (25” x 36”)—supports the majority of automatic press screen-frame sizes. This means that instead of investing in small, manual-only screen frames that can never be used on automatic presses, Sidewinder owners can invest in standard screen frames designed for automatic presses. When Sidewinder-driven shops step up to automatic screen printing, they’re not sitting on thousands of dollars’ worth of frames that have to be replaced. Sidewinder even uses the same standard pallets as M&R automatic presses. Interchangeable screen frames support increased productivity through manual-press sampling, leaving automatic presses free to perform their specialty: high-speed production.
