Both Automatic and semi-automatic machines for drilling, countersinking sealing and riveting of Titanium and Aluminium aircraft components.
Developed as a modular concept, each unit is designed and built as per customer requirements always using commercially available high speed spindle and CNC or PLC.
Optionally the system may include a Positioning Device to work with parts that require 5-axis operating capacity.
This machine can also be integrated to a TORRESTOOL® flexible tooling system on the positioning device, to avoid the need for specific tooling.
