Fully programmable flexible cell for the fixing, sticking and precise drilling of clips in the covering panels.
It comprises the following elements:
-A vertical fixing system, through flexible programmable frames, provided with vacuum cups for panels with a radius of 1.850 mm to 20.300 mm.
-Clip holding carriages for positioning and holding the clips against the panel during the drying process.
-4-axis TORRESDRILL, CNC drilling unit, for the drilling of reference holes on the clip.
Conceived as a modular system, it can hold several panels of different shape and dimension (simple or two-way curved) at the same time. It can be used as a manual, semiautomatic or fully automatic system.
