Multi-Axis Gantry Ultrasonic Inspection Machine for Quality Control of both metal and carbon fiber aircraft structural components.
Developed as a modular concept, each unit is designed and built as per customer requirements in terms of both size and number of axes, always using commercially available CNC.
Inspection can be implemented using dry, water jet, immersion or water column techniques with transmission, pulse-echo or immersion technology.
By Teach-in programming, the Multi-channel SENDAS electronics and its associated software, a C-scan of the part is obtained.
