6-axis Gantry High Speed Ultrasonic Cutting Machine to cut uncured composite materials.
Developed as a modular concept each unit is designed and built as per customer requirements always using commercially available CNC.
The system includes a vacuum table to hold parts.
Optionally the TORRESPANEX may include:
-Automatic Sonotrode Changer, to facilitate blade access to any location within a part.
-Software for Nesting.
-Label system to mark different cuts.
