requirements are placed on pumping consistency and extrusion lines. The
new gear pump series extrex® RB-Q / RV-Q from Maag Pump Systems
raises the performance of gear pumps for elastomer extrusion to new levels
in terms of both economy and processing technology. Product quality is
guaranteed by a stable discharge, the lowest tolerance deviations and
achieving process stability in quick time.
The extrex® RQ series is specifically designed to handle high viscose and
sticky elastomeric products of up to 100 ML and rates of up to 1,500 kg
per hour for constant product conveyance, gentle pressure build up of
extruding piping or sheeting as well preformer.
There are two types to choose from:
* extrex® RV-Q a high output elastomeric gear pump
* extrex® RB-Q a high counter pressure elastomeric gear pump
