Our standard, pre-engineered thermoprofiler® static mixers provide cost-efficient mixing of two least fluid streams. Our custom designed blendrex® mixing elements continuously split the delivered flow, remix it, homogenize it, and symmetrically set the melt's temperature gradients to assure even mixing, uniform additive dispersion, and temperature profile consistency.

Maag Pump Systems specializes in the design and application of blendrex
polystyrene preheaters used to preheat polystyrene melts prior to
devolatilization, and of blendrex polyester coolers used to cool polyester
prior to spinning or pelletizing.
