Gantry robot Macron Dynamics

Custom engineered gantry or Cartesian robotic systems from Macron Dynamics, Inc., manufacturers of belt driven linear actuators guaranteed for life, provide industrial automation and motion control solutions for a wide range of applications.

Configurations include multiple axis and vertical axis motion built to client specifications. Macron gantry systems use belt drives and/or linear actuators designed to travel at speeds up to 600 inches per second, move loads of up to 10,000 pounds, and travel lengths of up to 500 feet.

In addition, actuators used in Macron's custom gantry robots are virtually maintenance free and provide repeatability to +/- .001 with zero backlash.

Macron's experienced linear motion engineers are available to provide a fully functional automated gantry system or Cartesian robotic system or will work directly with robotics contractors, system integrators, OEMs or end users.
