Material: Housings up to Ø 78 mm made from sintered steel,
over Ø 78 mm made from grey cast iron GG20. Lever St52,
V-belt pulley cast steel.
Matching narrow V-belts DIN 2215 und DIN 7753.
A shaft stub is welded onto the lever of the tensioning element,
and a grooved ball bearing is pressed onto this shaft. These
grooved ball bearings are permanently lubricated, equipped with
seals and thus protected against dirt. Can be used for both tensioning
directions.
