Rod end with spherical plain bearing

quenched and tempered, bearing race hardened, ground and
lapped. Thread rolled/cut, surface zinc-plated and chromatised.
Material inner ring: Bearing steel hardened, precisely honed.
Lubricant: Calcium-complex grease (-20ºC to 120ºC).
If required special lubricants.
These rod ends do basically work without friction, long-term
lubrication, sealed with cover plates, have an unchanged bearing
clearance due to material with the same coefficient and
offer the smallest dimensions and a large pivoting angle.
These rod ends feature a high load rating, as the rod end also
serves as outer ring of the "pivoting bearing" and the bearing
race is case hardened.
