The DW 100, which works on the same principle as the SF 60.40, was developed especially for the fully automatic through-put of parts. The centerpiece of the arrangement is a "cleaning tunnel" which is divided into a number of zones. Within a particular part of these zones, the cleaning and drying process is coordinated with the specific workpieces to be cleaned. The DW 100 can be integrated as a permanent part of production within a production line, or it can be connected directly to a machining center. Like all other MAFAC cleaning systems, this is an aqueous system and features high-quality process engineering.
