PALMA The compact cleaning system MAFAC PALMA is able to combine spay and flood cleaning during the wet phase. Thus in one process two sophisticated technologies are being used. This combination makes it possible to clean complex and at the same time sensitive parts thoroughly and reliably. For the flooding process the PALMA is equipped with a quick-flood system by which the batch to be cleaned can be flooded to 100 % within 30 seconds. For flooding two medium tanks with 720 and 600 liters are at hand. By full beam of jets, on-the-spot cleaning as well as surface cleaning of parts is assured. The front of the batch is also washed thoroughly with an additional full beam of jets angled towards the batch. Thus the efficiency of the cleaning process is further optimized. For the drying of parts the MAFAC PALMA is equipped with a water vapour condenser and with a hot air pulse blower system.
