MAFAC
Like all other MAFAC machines the MAFAC KEA operates on the aqueous cleaning principle. The spraying system moves in contra-rotation to the rotating basket. According to the specific application the basket rotation can be switched off or changed to the rocking basket motion.
Besides that, the spraying system is equipped with a flat beam of jets as well as a full beam jets. This allows an impulsed and on-the-spot cleaning of workpieces as well as surface cleaning. The parts drying is done by an hot air impulse jet system with two alternatingly timed tubes.
The tank solution is contantly filtered from with the KEA’s new coalescent oil seperation system system. For further optimization of the solution maintenance an extra filter for fine filtration can be installed in addition to the standard built-in chip filter. This option makes sure that the smallest particles are removed off the cleaned parts.
An especially user-friendly aspect of this small and compact machine is its noise level. With figures of only 64 to 71 dB (A) the KEA is exceptionally quiet.
