Six color pad printer MAG system

The result of years of research and experience in the field of pad printing, this machine is able to print from 1 to 6 colours. Computerised electronic control with 4 axes, movements by means of motors and ball screws. Independent horizontal strokes of pads and sealed ink cups (or open plate-holding inktray) and vertical strokes of pads and piece-holder axes. The machine is designed for a wide variety of accessories giving very great control and for maximum printing precision, also over time. High productivity.

- The machine structure is in electric-welded steel, enamelled and normalised to avoid deformation and vibration. Oven-enamelled with dual component paints.
- Machine movements and regulation are numerically controlled, using a touch keypad, easy to learn and simple to use. The operations are displayed on a backlighted LCD.
- The keypad in solvent-resistant material is mounted on a mobile arm for easy use.
- Capacity to store up to 30 work programs.
- Ability to program vertical axis height above the plate.
- Checks of machine controls via modem from our factory.
- Doctor blade support carriage and pad support carriage moved by linear guides.
- Vertical movement of pad by means of two ball screws to avoid bending.
- The machine complies with Machinery Directives EEC/89/392 & EEC/89/336.
