The software-driven instrument is perfect for power tool set-up as well as continuous monitoring of dynamic torque signals. The 5002’s rugged design is ideal for laboratory, manufacturing, life test, and quality audit applications. An autoID feature provides for automatic full scale sensor setup when used with the 2000 series torque transducers. The 5002 has a verification mode designed for use on assembly lines, where immediate feedback is provided for accept and reject peak torque values. Selectable engineering units, input frequency filters, adjustable low and high limits and a RS232 output make the Model 5002 a versatile, yet easy to use portable data collector.
