DRYER TYPES: Convection (forced air recirculation) dryer is configured as a tunnel dryer with the parts being transferred through the tunnel by the operator on a roller conveyor. The interior is fabricated of aluminized carbon steel, 2" of thermal insulation with epoxy painted carbon steel insulation jackets. Insulated sliding doors are provided on each end of the tunnel. The recirculation centrifugal fan is 1 HP, 1200 CFM circulation rate which provides 86 air changes per minute in the drying chamber.
