color contrast between the background and the printed line, and particularly useful when guiding to the edge of a clear film web on a roller or backup plate.
The SE-26 will guide line widths from 1 mm (0.04 inch) to 2.5 mm (0.10 inch) with a narrow clear margin of only 2.5 mm (0.10 inch) on both sides of the line.
This reflected light-type sensor contains the light source and receiver located in a common housing. Light is reflected from the surface of the web back through the lens to a dual solar cell receiver where an internal cell automatically compensates for changes in light intensity.
