Incineration unit
ARV
Mahler IGS
ARV systems are designed for incinerating gaseous, liquid and pasty pollutants. They have been developed specially for problematic toxic agents from the chemical and the pharmaceutical industry.
ARV systems are marked by a combination of various process modules:
preconditioning and safety devices
combustion chamber
waste heat recovery
multi stage flue gas scrubber
fabric filter
separation of dioxines and traces
DENOX system
conveyor devices
process control technology
Applications:
* waste gases and waste liquids with anorganic compounds as halogens, sulphur and nitrogen in various concentrations
* waste gases which can be explosive and with high fluctuations
* waste gases with fluctuations of the oxygen concentration
* toxic and cancerogene gases (PCB, dioxins, etc.)
* combination of various gaseous and liquid streams with different qualities
Branches:
* chemical industry in general
* production of fine chemicals
* pharmaceutical industry
* petrochemical industry
