VOLUCALCtm R/T is a real time volumetric flow meter able to calculate the volumetric capacity of pipes feeding the lift station without using dimensions. Simply specify the volume within the operating levels of the pumps and the overflow level. Using the flow rate and volume at all levels, it is possible to predict the time remaining before reaching the overflow level. Knowing this, it may be possible to reduce the flow to some areas having more storage capacity. VOLUCALCtm R/T can calculate the pump curves proportional to level and force main pressure. It calculates the volumetric capacity of the pipes feeding a lift station. It can record many months of data downloadable through a USB or Ethernet port.
