Hopper Loader is made of stainless steel and includes a compact suction unit ASM with single phase blower that has capacity from 1 liter to 15 liter and power of 1 kW. It also provides a control with display with keyboard and alarm lamp. Hopper Loader has the Soft Start technology that slows the machine’s start and guarantees an energy saving. The blower is integrated in the protection lid that has paper filters. Microprocessor gives an electronic control via led display for machine functions visualizations that include material shortage visual alarm, brush wear visual alarm and load time management. The machine has also installed an integrated control for relation valve with the management of the cycles for decreasing the material stratification through the load period. The paper filter has the protection sleeve.
