High-power device intended for stacking of goods on pallet. Products enter the machine at higher level (2.000 mm or above) and are carefully deposited via a transfer plate. We offer the machine in various designs according to customer requirement.
Application
For cartons, cases, trays, shrink wrapped packs, crates, bottles, bags, etc.

Throughput
100 to 400 layers per hour (depending on layer pattern).

Construction
Compact, robust frame construction using a sliding transfer plate to place the products accurately onto wooden or plastic pallets. The transfer plate is located in a fixed position, the pallet moves on a lift vertically below it. The palletiser is also equipped with a pneumatic centering device, which enables precise product location with gap creation between products if required. Modular concept of the palletiser enables efficient product and pallet movements to create the smallest efficient footprint.
