Layer depalletizer

High-performance equipment intended for placing kegs onto a pallet without the need to lift them. The head sweeps the whole layer of kegs on a sliding plate closely above the pallet. The plate is retracted then and kegs smoothly deposited on the pallet.
Application
For 30 l and 50 l KEG barrels as standard and others upon request.

Throughput
Up to 220 layers per hour, e.g. 1.300 kegs per hour.

Construction
Mainly consists of a stiff frame, welded from thin-walled steel profiles. In its upper part a transfer trolley moves in fixed guides. A palletiser head is fastened to the transfer trolley. This head is a clamping head which clamps a whole layer of kegs from all sides during transfering to the sliding plate. The clamping itself is done by means of pneumatic cylinders. Horizontal movement of trolley by electric motor with gear box. The sliding plate is retractable and moves horizontally right above the inner pallet conveyor with an empty pallet. The palletiser is equipped with an infeed keg conveyor, forming and withdrawing table and pallet conveyors.
