High performance palletiser. Products enter the machine at low level and are carefully placed on the pallet by a sliding transfer plate. We offer the palletiser in various designs to suit each customers application.
Application
For cartons, cases, trays, shrink wrapped packs, glass and PET bottles or cans.

Throughput
50 to 150 layers per hour (depending on layer pattern).

Construction
Compact robust frame construction using a sliding transfer plate to place the
products accurately onto wooden or plastic pallets. The pallet remains stationary on the conveyor with movement only by the transfer plate. The palletiser is also equipped with a pneumatic centring device, which enables precise pack location including the possibility of gap creation between products to create the most efficient layout. Modular concept of the palletiser enables efficient product and pallet movements to create the smallest efficient footprint. The machine can be equipped with an integrated layer pad inserter which inserts layer pads from an integrated magazine to place pads between product layers as required.
