Simplicity, precision and speed as well as flexibility, safety and cost-effectiveness - these are the demands placed on systems in modern production technology. The MAPAL HSK clamping units form the perfect connection between tool and machine and are therefore the basis for an optimal machining result.

The manual MAPAL HSK clamping units are so designed that very high clamping forces are securely applied. The KS clamping cartridges in the designs for full lubrication, high pressure lubrication and MQL are compatible, a feature that makes it easier to re-tool the machine for new machining tasks.

In addition to the KS clamping cartridges, for tight machine compartments with small spindle spacings MAPAL offers the DS clamping cartridge with an ergonomic 45° actuation.

For disc-shaped tools, e.g. grinding wheels and saw blades, MAPAL offers the AX clamping cartridge.

On both systems, DS and AX, the standardised access bore is not necessary, as a result all HSK forms can be securely clamped.
