Mapecoat I 24 is used to protect concrete floors, tanks and concrete pipe-lines which come into contact with aggressive chemical agents, such as acids, leaching agents and hydro-carbons.
Mapecoat I 24 paint is made up of two components which must be blended well together in accurate dosages, until a homogenous mix is formed.
Mapecoat I 24 is characterised by its low viscosity, which makes it easy to apply by brush, with a roller or with an airless spray system on substrates which are perfectly clean, solid and dry.
Once complete reticulation has taken place, Mapecoat I 24 forms a film which is impermeable to water and vapour.
Mapecoat I 24 is available in white, grey and neutral. The neutral version may be mixed with Mapecolor Paste when preparing and blending the product.
Consumption
400-600 g/m2 per coat, according to the type of substrate.
