The concrete Casting in the Yard has made with buckets connected and anchored to the overhead standard bridge crane.
The Casting Bucket has a Holeodinamic motion control and It can rotate up to 180° so that may an axle casting panel multi directional.
The gate of concrete discharge can be made in different customized shapes to be interfaced to different moulds.
All the system is controlled by a homolagted radio remote controller for the movements of those type of machines. This allows the Batch Man to require the call of the concrete process selecting the proper Formulas from this controller.
If there is no Flying buckets in the Delivery System It is possible to use the casting bucket to feed directly the mixer with an automatic process.
