However given the pressure on costs faced by industry, we are promoting in particular a new concept for our Decontactor sockets. The decontactor has been traditionally used as a general supply socket outlet in various industries up to 250A.

However the decontactor is also switch-rated and thus safe to make and break on load and provide visible isolation. As such a mechanic can disconnect and isolate a motor in seconds without incurring the costs of an electrician. Downtime is reduced with lower labour costs.

With companies looking for every advantage and a relentless drive to reduce costs the decontactor could be the newest concept to help them in pursuit of operating efficiency.
