The Marel Food Systems' M-Check 4800 is a flexible, robust process weigher with a rugged modular Intralox belt for large, heavy items. Suitable for raw meat or products packed in bags or boxes. The M-Check 4800 is designed and built to be incorporated into very wet sections of a food processing plant.

The checkweigher is capable of withstanding intense washing down procedures, the use of stream, high humidity and high belt speeds in conjunction with both packed and unpacked products - while maintaining the same high level of precision.

Main Uses:

- Prevention of underweight and/or overweight packages
- Ensuring compliance with net contents legislation for sealed packages
- Checking the number of items in a package on the basis of weight
- Trend regulation (via feedback communication to external equipment)
- Weighing before and after a process for yield calculation
