It’s a two column VTL with cast iron bed and welded steel columns, it’s endowed with ram head CNC-controlled for turning operations or in alternative combined for turning, milling and drilling operations.
Automatic four gear box ensure an homogeneous torque output while spindle rotation speed increases.
Movable cross rail has mechanical locking and hydraulic unlocking and it is positioned and linked to the columns through levelling wedges which censure excellent repeatability and accuracies.
This machine tool, strongly customizable can be equipped with Automatic Tool Changer suitable to house both milling tools and turning tools with a wide choice of tool shank according to customer preferences.
It’s a VTL flexible and adaptable for medium sized machinings and it finds applications in several industrial fields among this: rings, gears, flanges machining for work pieces up to 2.000 height.
