Marposs Twin Probing system allows both a Tool Setting Probe (OTS30) and a Spindle Probe (E83WA) to be installed on the machine with one single optical interface (E83T).

Cable free tool setting
Optical transmission of the new OTS30 for easy installation and a cable free machine environment is ideal for compact machining centres and pallet or rotary table centres.
Part setting and inspection
Take advantage of the E83WA part probing and the OTS30 tool setting with one optical transmission, to create a truly compact Twin Probe system that can be used to automatically carry out on-machine part setting and inspection as well as tool check.
