Air/oil ratio regulator
3 - 15 psi - 30 - 60 psi; NACE #MR-01-75
Marsh Bellofram
The BelGAS Division of Marsh Bellofram Corporation (www.marshbellofram.com), a member of the Marsh Bellofram Group of Companies, has announced the introduction of the Type P119, a versatile, general purpose, spring loaded flow and pressure regulation control valve, designed for use within oil, gas and petrochemical (pipeline); industrial plant air and gas regulation; and other demanding industrial environments.
With available spring ranges from 3-15 to 30-60 psi, the compact Marsh Bellofram Type P119 may be used for on-off or throttling control functions, as well as heater fluid value control or gas distribution service. Pressure settings can be adjusted throughout each spring range via rotation of the adjusting screw. The unit's easy installation and rugged construction allow it to be used with many mediums, including both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids and gases, with low seat leakage. For overall convenience and reduction of downtime, valve maintenance can be achieved inline and without actually removing the valve body from the line itself, provided pressure is removed and the valve isolated prior to attempting. Leak detection of actuator stem seals is achieved via a vent provided in the value actuator. The composition disc assembly and seat offer positive shutoff at maximum body working pressure. The unit's steel body valve incorporates National Standard of Corrosion Engineers construction materials, and complies with the #MR-01-75 standard. For more information about the Type P119 general purpose flow and pressure regulation control valve or other products available from the BelGAS Division of Marsh Bellofram, visit www.marshbellofram.com.
