This waterproof connector is able to accommodate thermocouple sheath diameters from .062 to .250. The connector bodies are made with 303/304 stainless steel. The polarized connector comes with a matched thermocouple. An alloy contact ensures accuracy. The assembly is rated 225°F (107°C) and the unit has been pre-wired at the factory with extension-grade PVC lead wire. This is the perfect assembly for application with severe moisture and in corrosive conditions. The fast disconnect thermocouple connector comes with a factory assembled flex hose extension too. The interlock construction is made from vinyl-covered stainless steel flex hose supplied with a 1/4″ or 1/2″ NPT male stainless purpose conduit box 48" flex hose extension standard. Additional lengths are available upon request.
