The industrial motor market's increasingly stringent requirements push motor manufacturers to innovate their products and processes for improved motor size and performance. The open poles brushless stator design offers the opportunity to dramatically increase the copper fill factor, but requires optimal wire layering and routing, especially with larger wire sizes.
Marsilli, with its vast and long-standing experience in coil winding, constantly works with its customers to provide the winding results necessary trough a new product line, the MWM (Motor Winding by Marsilli), based on 2 series of machines:
The S-Series for single pole winding; which would wind stator poles individually and then assembled/connected;
The C-series for chained phase winding; which would wind the chains on an open poles' stack and then closed to form the stator.
