The MANTA net fence is a detection system designed to provide outer perimeter protection for sensitive, strategic or confidential sites such as nuclear power stations, high voltage sub-stations, airports, detention centres, study laboratories.
Operating principle
The MANTA net fence is composed of an intertwined mesh net crimped with shells. The coaxial cable located in the centre of the wire is analysed in terms of "electrical continuity". Any attempt to cross the net by cutting or short circuiting the electrical conductors immediately triggers an alarm.
Applications
The net fence detection equipment can be installed on structures such as: fences, walls, sheet piles, fence overhangs or extensions, roofs, etc.
