Description

B Series Hazardous Location Vibrator This electric, explosion-proof vibrator is engineered for hazardous locations, including exposure to explosive dust. Promoting the flow of material requires overcoming the cohesive strength of the material and the friction between the material and bin wall within the cone section of the vessel. These electric vibrators are specifically designed to do this efficiently and within a hazardous electrical location. This industrial vibrator provides a force output of 1,000 lbs. and operates at 1750 rpm. It can be operated with either 230V or 460V 3-phase power. Along with the Class II, Division 1 & 2 UL approval these specifications allow the electric vibrator to be used to promote and re-establish material flow in bins with dry and moist bulk materials. Features and Benefits: • UL listed for Class II Group E, F & G, Division 1 & 2 • 1000 force lb – 1750 rpm • 230 volt / 460 volt – 3 phase • Ductile iron bearing housings • Roller bearing designed for vibration • High-temperature class H windings Our technicians and engineers are available to provide expert advice and assistance on this product and all of your bulk material handling questions and problems.
