Regarding the product family of immersible and plate type transducers and Industrial Line ultrasonic cleaning units, individual settings of the output power are possible depending on the applications.
For the basic frequencies of 25 and 40 kHz PZT stacks are used. For high frequency ultrasonic Ceramics stacks frequencies of 58 kHz, 132 kHz and 192 kHz are applied.
Through their patented features of the integrated boosters/amplifier Ceramics stacks offer brilliant oscillation characteristics regarding the homogeneous sound fields. This technology makes it possible to combine the different frequencies (multi-frequency). depending on the application. In difference with dual frequency applications it also offers the advantage of full output power of each single frequency.
