Description

The Master Bond Supreme 11T polymer system comes in two components that offer a combination of high sheer and high peel strengths. This product does not contain any diluents, solvents or any dangerous ingredients and offers a superior bonds in a very wide temperature range of -100°F to over 400°F. The Master Bond Supreme 11T polymer system features a most convenient one-to-one mix ratio that gives superior resistance to thermal shock, vibration, impact, and stress fatigue cracking. In addition, the Master Bond Supreme 11T polymer system offers a fast cure at room temperature and a faster cure at elevated temperatures. Key Features - Excellent toughness - Convenient handling - High bond strength in shear and peel modes - Thermal stabilty up to +400°F - Withstands thermal cycling - Superb adhesion to many substrates Master Bond Supreme 11HT is a high performance, higher viscosity, two part epoxy for bonding and sealing. It is exceptionally easy to use with a one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. Supreme 11HT is a faster setting system and cures readily at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures. The optimum curing schedule is overnight at room temperature, followed by 1 hour at 150-200°F. Supreme 11HT is formulated to have very good toughness, which imparts high bond strengths in both the shear and peel mode.
