The CARDY range of machines has been designed to pack small and light products, in a wrap-around card . The card is pre-cut and covered with “ SURLYN©” film (flexible CARDING©). Alternatively a small rigid separable blister shell is inserted on the line (rigid CARDING ©). This packaging is HF/RF welded and numerous different product presentations are possible. The quantity of scrap material is minimal, The cardboard content exceeds 90% :the packaging is recyclable and benefits from reduced eco-contributions vs standard plastic blister packaging. 1 – BLISTER PACK MACHINE •Universal feeder (card storage) with millimetric settings •Localised perforation of the film to facilitate opening of the packing •Thermoforming of the cells
