Description

The thermal mass refrigeration dryers of the EMD range guarantee high energy savings and excellent dew point stability. Air-cooled, they are designed for correct operation up to a maximum temperature of 50°C. Energy Savings The “IMPULSE TECHNOLOGY” microprocessor adapts the cooling capacity according to the processed air flow rate, so as to ensure maximum energy savings. Thanks to the sensors on the refrigeration and compressed air circuit, the microprocessor controls the operation of the dryer, ensuring the most efficient operating mode depending on the air flow rate. High Performance Capacitor The air-cooled capacitor is designed to ensure correct operation up to a maximum outside temperature of 50°C. Demister” Type Condensate Separator This high-efficiency separation device is integrated into the drying module. It requires no maintenance and offers the further benefit of creating a cold coalescence effect for an excellent air drying. The large storage volume ensures proper dryer operation, even with very humid inlet air. 3-in-1 Heat Exchanger Compact aluminium heat exchanger consisting of an air-to-air heat exchanger, an evaporator and a separator, all combined in a single module. This advanced design heat exchanger has been specifically conceived to maximise the heat exchange coefficient and ensure minimum pressure drops.
