The DD range adsorption dryers are the ideal solution for industries requiring particularly clean and dried compressed air, such as the food, pharmaceutical and hospital industries, galvanic plants or all applications where a dew point down to -40 °C is required. Twin Tower Operation The dryer, consisting of two twin towers with dehydrating adsorbent charge, is able to continuously supply dried compressed air by cyclically inserting one or the other tower. High Quality Dry Compressed Air DD dryers are made of alumina, an adsorbent material ensuring high and constant performance over time. High Efficiency PLC Control System It accurately and reliably verifies the removal of moisture and contaminants. Synchronised with the Compressor This allows the dryer to be switched on and off according to compressor operation, avoiding waste of dried air. Ultra-compact and Light Design With a compact design, the DD range dryers are suitable for use in compressor rooms, at the point of application or integrated into original systems. They can be installed on the floor (models up to DD 130 can be easily wall mounted). Low Noise Levels The DD range is equipped with a special silencer positioned on the outlet valve.
