Description
The ConSep® Flex functions through the combination of three chip technologies. The machine is composed of a hinged steel belt, the of chips, and turnings. It has a drag conveyor, which eliminates the fine chips, and swarf. Also, the equipment is integrated a magnetic bed, that attracts ferrous particles.
The unit utilizes an automatic cleaning drum filter, that cleans the coolant µm. This component ensures extended tool life, to minimize the operating expenses. This feature also reduces the tank cleanout frequency.
