Description

It is composed by two complementary units: The MIXER Has been designed to allow the recipe formulation, and pre-mixing of raw materials, for the production of all kind of chocolate, chocolate compound and cream. The machine is fitted an loading cells which controls the quantity of raw materials introduced into the tank. The tank of the MIXER has an interspace where heating water circulates. There are two stirrer shafts inside the tank which are equipped with mixing blades which mix raw materials. At the end of the mixing time, the product is transferred to the refining machines WAFA far next treatments, through a pump. The refining machines WAFA 400 They use an innovative system for the production of all kind of chocolate, chocolate compound and cream starting from the raw materials (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, hazelnut paste etc.). The product is sent from the mixer into the WAFA charging hopper. The charging hopper has an interspace where warm or cold water circulates to heat or cool the product. Inside hopper small steel balls are located, having the function to give the fineness to the product, and a rotary blade stirrer that mixes the various raw materials. The final product fineness degree changes according to the working time. A pump and a manifold, placed under the loading hopper, allow the continuous product recycling inside the hopper itself. Once the cycle is over the finished product is discharged through an automatic discharging valve. Production capacity: Up to 400 kg in 2h with refining degree of 20-22 micron.
